Refund/Return Policy: We are not able to provide any refunds for products/services purchased from us. Defective products will be exchanged for the same item when the defective products are returned within 30 days after receipt. An explanation of the defect and a copy of your sales receipt or invoice must be included. ‘Defective’ is defined as products that were shipped from us that have defects or damage, such as a DVD that skips or will not play, or a book with missing pages or defective covers, etc. Notify us immediately if box arrives damaged by the shipping company in such a manner that products are damaged.
